How to start?
Register on WoShi page, and you get one month FREE TRIAL so you can test WoShi. If you are satisfied with our software you want to become a regular user, just fill the form you got in your e-mail when you registered.
Do I have to sign contract?
When you register you agree to all the terms and conditions, which is valid as a contract.
How long does it take to calculate the schedule?
It takes between 1 minute to 1 hour to calculate a feasible schedule. Time depends on the complexity of your schedule. WoShi tries to find the best possible solution, so a longer calculation time creates a better schedule. In case you want to have a better computational power – which means getting a better schedule faster – there is a price increase.
How much will I have to pay?
Based on your demands, we will give you an offer. If you agree with that offer, we will charge you a monthly, quarterly or yearly fee which you pay in an agreed payment deadline.
In case you want to change the agreement you have to notify us by yourself.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Payment is done over bank transfer.
Is there a discount for a quarterly and an annual payment?
There is a 5% discount for annual payments.
Can I increase my demands?
Just send us an e-mail with your demands and you will get a new offer.
