WoShi service requests your employees data, which can me made up, with the exception of the administrator’s e-mail address, who registers over the Woshi portal and is creating and managing the schedules. E-mail addresses of the scheduled workers can be used for automatic sending of their information, otherwise administrator has to send them manually.

For the purpose of technical support and upgrades of our services and sales an e-mail is send from time to time to our users.

Woshi logs all visits on the portal for the purposes of removing and solving possible mistakes and errors to improve user experience. Logs are deleted after certain period. Logs are not connected to any user name, only IP address and data of the event are being logged on the server.

Overall, cookies help us provide you with a better website, by enabling us to monitor which pages you find useful and which you do not. A cookie in no way gives us access to your computer or any information about you, other than the data you choose to share with us. You can choose to accept or decline cookies. Most web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can usually modify your browser setting to decline cookies if you prefer.

You can send your company’s data over e-mail and they will be uses explicitly for the purpose of business (billing, etc).

We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law.

Terms of Service WoShi

Using web service Woshi you agree to all written conditions, which can change at any time. Woshi service can change, upgrade or improve at any time and by still using it you agree with them.

What is WoShi?

WoShi is a cloud based internet application. You are using it at your own risk the way it is. For the best performance and user experience, please use the latest versions of internet browsers. The application has been tested on the latest versions of Firefox, Chrome, Yandex and Microsoft Edge.

General terms and conditions

Your company has its own administrator who takes care of it, therefore he has to provide his e-mail address and your company data. He has to take care for registration information and he is the one responsible for all activities regarding that. You alone have to make sure you are using Woshi and all the information according to the law. You are not allowed to sell the service or use it for different purposes than scheduling workers. We are not responsible for the results of the calculations, which depend on the relations of inserted data, which might be contradictory and therefore the result cannot be found. We can terminate the service at any time without explanation, also you can terminate your usage at any time. You are not allowed to damage the service, hack into our database to collect or change data of yourself and/or others.

Prices and Payments

You can use the service as a Free user with restrictions from our price list, or you can become a payable user. Choose the service that fits your requirements. In case you want a combination for which you do not know how to calculate the price, please send us an e-mail with your requirements and we will send you an offer. Once you decide, send as an inquiry for invoice. At this moment all payments are possible only via bank transfer which will be send over e-mail. You pay for our services until the 15th of the month for the current month, quarter or year. In the case of terminating the contract we do not return money, except if you are paying for the whole year, where we arrange the amount of money we return. In case you want to change the terms for the price of using Woshi, send us your new requirements and you will receive a new invoice. Prices are guaranteed for the time of payment, but we can change them at any time. We send the notice one month in advance. All prices are Tax free, which are charged according to the law, otherwise you have to charge the tax on your own.

Warranty and liability

Algit d.o.o. does not guarantee the solution is flawless or that it will work continuously or that the solution will always be the best schedule. The calculation of your schedule is done using evolution algorithms therefore the results can be different every time. We are not responsible for any damage regarding the usage of Woshi.
